Is renter's insurance required?

Yes, renter's insurance is required. Residents need to upload their third-party renter's insurance onto the GetCovered website. Once uploaded, the platform will verify that the renter's insurance is in compliance.

Can I pay my rent online?

Yes! We have an easy-to-use resident portal where online payments are accepted.

Is the community pet friendly? What are the deposits /fees for pets?
  • Yes! A maximum of two pets are allowed.
  • One time Fee: $300. Additional $200 pet fee for a second pet.
  • Monthly Pet Rent: $30/per pet.
  • Breed Restrictions may apply. 
What is the security deposit?

The security deposit is $500 and can be up to 1-month's rent. The security deposit amount can vary up to one month's rent on a case-by-case basis depending on credit score and rental history. Refundable.

Are utilities included in the rent?

Utilities are not included in the rent.

Is parking included?

Residents have a $30.00 parking fee charged at move in and at each renewal.

What documents are needed to apply for an apartment?

Copy of government-issued photo identification (driver's license, passport, visa), letter of employment including starting date, position and annual income (if you are self-employed, please provide us with your two most recent tax returns), two most recent pay stubs, two most recent bank statements, or an offer letter must be attached to the apartment application.

What is the income requirement (2X the rent, 3X the rent)?

33% equivalent to 3.3 times one months rent.

What types of apartment homes are available?

Radius West Midtown offers a variety of floor plans including studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments designed with modern finishes. Our homes range in size from approximately 602 square feet to over 1,225 square feet of living space. Each layout features open-concept designs and gourmet kitchens to suit your lifestyle needs.

Is there Parking Available or EV Charging Stations?

Our community provides residents with the convenience of a controlled-access parking garage to ensure ease of entry. We are also committed to sustainable living by providing on-site EV charging stations for electric vehicle owners. Additional guest parking is available for your visitors throughout the property.

What public transportation options are available nearby?

Residents at Radius West Midtown enjoy easy access to the MARTA transit system, with several bus stops located just a short walk away on Bishop Street and 17th Street. The Arts Center MARTA Station is also nearby, providing a direct rail connection to the rest of the Atlanta metropolitan area. Our central location makes commuting via public transit both simple and efficient.

Our community is served by the Atlanta Public Schools district, which offers a variety of educational programs for local students. The closest schools for our residents are E. Rivers Elementary School, Willis A. Sutton Middle School, and North Atlanta High School.
